DAY 7- December 6th

Updated: Dec 10, 2018

Today we worked back during our regular Thursday class time. It is also the day of the presentation of Handlebar Jim, so it was our last day to work on how he ran the course. We finally were given the WiFi adapter so that we could give Handlebar Jim inputs for the first time.

Since we still had a lot to work on, Zach got to the robotics room very early and worked on the program for a couple of hours before the rest of us got there at 2:00 for our class. He worked straight through until our presentation during our night class at 7:00. Zach was able to get Handlebar Jim to run the course and notice the inputs that it received and respond accordingly. But the problem was that the program was inconsistent and didn't always work.

Mike Naclerio spent the whole time with Zach bouncing ideas off of each other and trying to help the best he could even without the programming knowledge.

Mike Gulia finished the website and the remaining sections. Those included the description of the code, the Handlebar Jim section, and added to "The Gang's All Here". He also polished the website off by adding pictures and working on the overall User Interface a little bit more so that the website was easier to navigate.

Unfortunately, we never got to finish the program for Handlebar Jim because we didn't have the WiFi adapter until today. This was the case for a lot of other groups as well, and we were one of the better off groups. So Professor Bram had decided that we shouldn't present our robots and their ability to do the course because it was pretty certain none of us would be able to complete it.
